Return & Refund Policy

At Saflon, your satisfaction is our top priority. We work hard to ensure that every product you receive meets our quality standards. However, if there’s ever a concern with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deny the return.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@saflon.shop with your order ID, product images, and issue details.
  2. Our team will verify the claim within 1–2 working days.
  3. Once approved, a pickup or replacement will be arranged based on your location and product availability.

3. Refund Method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days after the product passes inspection.
  • For Prepaid orders (if applicable in future), refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like pots with soil, live plants, or items damaged after use are not eligible for return.


5. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at support@saflon.shop within 6 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
